The Services Software Engineer is responsible for creating databases with the client data both Pre and Post sales process. Daily tasks involve working with existing databases and performing data extraction, transformation, and load. A Services Software Engineer is responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize conversions and recommending development of best practices to the Professional Services organization. A Services Software Engineer will primarily work with internal teams but may be required to communicate and/or travel to client sites as needed.
The Evidence Research Specialist role provides daily research support, education, and assistance for Hayes and symplr Spend Premium Evidence payer and provider customers to drive value, relationship building, and customer retention.
The Business Consultant will use identified best practices to implement the symplr Provider product for customers. The Contract Manager serves as an initial point of contact for many legal matters within the business unit and/or subbusiness units, providing day-to-day contract preparation, redlining and negotiating activities, counseling and issue identification and escalation to supervising attorneys, as appropriate. Drafts, reviews, analyzes and negotiates contracts and provides guidance on contract positions to ensure successful completion or resolution, with escalation to supervising attorney as necessary. Agreement types may include, without limitation, customer contracts, distribution contracts, business partner agreements, consulting services agreements and software services agreements. Able to work independently and assess when to seek guidance of supervising attorneys.

Your objectives include positioning symplr as a leader in the emerging healthcare operations market, while increasing market share through driving up competitive win rates.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting enterprise healthcare software or services. You will have worked with customer facing teams to enable them to speak to our product vision and value, incorporating the voice of the customer into all that your team does. You know how to position a portfolio of solutions, differentiate with insights from the market and competitive intelligence, and are well-versed in Enterprise-class SaaS sales models. You are a strong collaborator and partner for multiple go-to-market teams (sales, customer success, growth and brand marketing) and know how to influence and drive priorities across leadership teams.
In this role, you’ll be the right-hand partner of the Managing Director who oversees the overall business strategy, roadmap, and key initiatives, serving on that leader’s cabinet of trusted functional leaders. You’ll be the marketing team’s representative to that business, helping to prioritize and execute on go-to-market strategies.

Your objectives include positioning symplr’s payer software offerings for success, supporting the field and growth marketing organizations while increasing market share through driving up competitive win rates.
The successful candidate will have healthcare marketing experience, preferably working for a payer or ‘payvider’ organizations. You will understand current challenges that payer organizations face. You will have worked with customer facing teams to enable them to speak to our product vision and value, incorporating the voice of the customer into all that you do.
The SPMM will want to know the challenges that target decision-makers face, articulate how symplr offerings uniquely address their challenges, and how they make their buying decisions. The SPMM will back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers to make our sales channels more successful.
