Overview

The Vice President, Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing a strategic sales vision tailored to enterprise-level clients. This role will lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team, foster executive-level relationships, and identify opportunities for market expansion. The VP, Enterprise Sales will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and establish a culture of performance, accountability, and customer-centricity.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow an enterprise sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, C-suite executives, and strategic partners to drive long-term business growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies and enhance client engagement.
  • Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Optimize sales processes, tools, and technology to improve efficiency, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and key networking events to enhance brand visibility and business development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales leadership experience, with a strong record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven success in scaling and managing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies, complex deal structuring, and strategic account management.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experience leveraging CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and analytics to drive performance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare, technology, or SaaS industries.
  • Knowledge of symplr solutions or similar enterprise platforms.
