Overview

The Sales Associate (SA) position is focused on growing our footprint within small accounts and non-acute healthcare organizations. This role plays a critical part in expanding our customer base by prospecting new logos, managing inbound demo requests, and executing outbound lead generation campaigns.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Small account focus - Align with specific product segments and sales targets.
  • Focus on acquiring new logo business within smaller Premier and Non-Acute markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify key accounts and tailor outreach strategies.
  • Proactively engage with inbound demo requests and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Execute follow-ups from marketing events, webinars, and cold lead lists.
  • Support product-specific webinar initiatives by managing attendee follow-up and prospecting.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new opportunities within target organization types and product categories.
  • Partner with outsourced BDR resources to ensure alignment on messaging, processes, and lead qualification standards.
  • Monitor and provide oversight on outbound campaign execution and lead management.
  • Participate in planning sessions for new BDR initiatives and lead pipeline generation strategies.

Skills Required

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role (preferably in healthcare SaaS or services).
  • Proven track record in new logo prospecting and outbound outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work with outsourced or cross-functional teams.

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or within non-acute healthcare markets.
  • Understanding of lead qualification frameworks and sales funnels.
