Overview

This dynamic Customer Relationship Manager role is to own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive more excellent business value for them by bringing symplr leading practices, innovations, and capabilities to those customers.  

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for driving customer adoption and success. Key to this role is articulating value and both inspiring and aligning symplr solutions with the customer’s strategic business goals. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overall relationship with assigned customers, which includes: increasing adoption, ensuring retention, identifying upsell potential, and driving customer satisfaction 
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer sponsors such that all symplr activities are closely aligned with the customer’s business goals and strategy, allowing the full potential of their management solution(s) to be realized 
  • Lead the adoption and execution of the customer’s symplr solution(s) by sharing leading practices to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer’s investment 
  • Serve as the customer advocate internally at symplr, ensuring that all our resources are being focused on and optimized to serve all our customer’s needs best 
  • Guide symplr best practices into producing customers who can be referenced, with high customer satisfaction and high renewal predictability 
  • Provide regular customer status updates to the symplr Sales and Services Leadership Team, including high-risk customers and customers with high upsell potential 
  • Identify opportunities for and win follow-on engagements from existing customers through the delivery of high-quality, on-time deliverables 
  • Participate in the “Thought Leader” in the Sales Cycle in high-quality, relevant consulting engagements with new customers. 
  • Flexibility to travel domestically (up to 10%)

Qualifications Required

 

  • Bachelors degree 
  • Expert computer user of a variety of applications, including Microsoft Office 
  • Strong consulting, systems implementation, process improvement, support, and training experience 
  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology industry is preferred
  • Clinical experience is preferred 

 

***Please note, the compensation shared in the range below is the base salary, there are additional incentives offered as part of the compensation plan for this role.
