Overview

The Marketing Technology Strategist will own and optimize our marketing technology ecosystem, leading the integration of next-generation tools to accelerate revenue and improve efficiency. The immediate priority is implementing our first AI-driven sales development platform, incorporating agentic SDRs/BDRs that work alongside the symplr team. This role will oversee the marketing tech stack and collaborate with a team of marketing operators to ensure seamless integration across key tools, including HubSpot, Outreach, Salesforce, Google and LinkedIn Ad Managers, and Bizible—establishing the foundation for scalable, data-driven growth. Long term, this person will serve as the architect and operator of our marketing tech stack, driving process efficiency, campaign automation, and performance visibility across systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Qualified, including integration with HubSpot and Salesforce, establishing data flow, and operationalizing AI-assisted SDR workflows.
  • Serve as the technical owner for the marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are fully integrated, adopted, fully utilized, compliant, and optimized for performance.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Commerical Ops, and Business Ops to align systems and support scalable growth, evaluate new technologies (AI tools, ABM platforms, and attribution systems) to enhance GTM effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system architecture, integrations, and operational processes.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven experience managing and integrating tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Outreach, 6sense, or other marketing automation and ABM platforms.
  • Strong technical acumen—comfortable designing workflows and managing APIs/integrations.
  • Experience operationalizing go-to-market technologies for pipeline creation, attribution, and lead management.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and enthusiasm for testing and deploying emerging technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations and Business Operations.
