The Credentialing Account Manager contributes to the ongoing achievement of the organization's goals through ensuring providers are credentialed using vetted processes and procedures. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves information discrepancies, and time gaps that could adversely affect a facility's ability to credential and/or privilege providers. Partners with medical staff, credentialing and privileging committees, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with credentialing standards. Responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive data in the credentialing software.
The Account Manager must have overall knowledge of the credentialing and privileging process, know the required credentials for health care professionals and utilize the appropriate resources to complete Primary Source Verification (PSV) and all others requested. Account Managers demonstrate a thorough knowledge on credentialing policies, guidelines, and regulations for the CVO credentialing process.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager (SPMM)is responsible for communicating their products’ messaging, positioning, value proposition, ROI and thought leadership through publishing a variety of collateral and tools. They will also drive quarterly demand gen campaign planning with their close partners in Growth Marketing, the latter responsible for creating and executing the campaigns. The SPMM will be alsoresponsible for the alignment between key stakeholders in Marketing, Product Management, and Sales, meeting regularly to ensure their internal customers’ needs are met and they have a solid view of product roadmap.
The SPMM will want to know our buyers / personas better than they know themselves, including challenges that these decision-makers currently face, how symplr offerings uniquely address their challenges, and how they make their buying decisions. The SPMMwill removeguesswork by backing up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful. They will participate in symplr’s customer product boards to get first-hand feedback on our offerings.
A proactive, mindset as well as strong writing abilities, attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to this role’s success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our customer’s problems. It is imperative to track performance and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t, and feed this information back into the product, marketing and sales teams
In addition to the Marketing team, the SPMM will regularly collaborate with Leadership, Product Managers/Owners, and Sales to foster audience identification, buyer needs, and messaging; alignment with corporate marketing and campaign teams on themes, content and execution.
The PES Account Specialist is responsible for provider enrollment into Federal, State, and commercial health plans, correspondence with provider's office, gathering of provider data needed for enrollment, completion of provider applications and follow-up with health plans until provider is fully enrolled. Also, responsible for advising the provider's office concerning best practices and procedures pertaining to enrollment. This is a remote opportunity.
The responsibility of the Contract Administrator is to prepare and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements, including primarily customer sales contracts for SaaS and other products and services. Drafts agreements, advises management of contractual rights and obligations, and provides interpretation of contractual terms and conditions. Update and maintain symplr’s customer relationship management and contract management systems. Experience in dealing with highly confidential information and interfacing with multiple levels of management, cross-functional employees, and symplr sales team members and customers, is required.

The Business Analyst works to fulfill the strategic product vision established by the Product Management teams. This role is responsible for defining the detailed requirements for each product by working with our customers to gain insights. The Business Analyst must have a firm understanding of the business domain while taking into account multiple types of users utilizing each solution. This position works closely with Product and Engineering on the specifications to ensure their Agile team has all the information needed to deliver a complete product to market.

Sr. Staff Solution Architects interface with multiple stakeholders in the organization to understand requirements, viable technologies, and strategic direction when making decisions regarding software.
This role includes determining multiple design alternatives, assessing each option based on constraints (such as cost, schedule, space, power, safety, usability, reliability, maintainability, availability, and so on), and selecting the most suitable options for further refinement. The output sets the core properties of the system, and those that are hardest to change later. Sr. Staff Solution Architects provide leadership to the rest of the architecture team and work closely with Product Management and Development leadership in overarching designs affecting the entire software portfolio.
