The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in efficiently supporting the Finance Operations team, effectively communicating with customers, and contributing to a range of revenue operations and data analytics initiatives. This role is customer facing, and requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective customer renewal handling, precise contract interpretation, and active involvement in retention efforts while upholding stringent compliance and efficiency standards.
The Senior Product Manager manages the product life cycle for multiple and/or more complex product(s) within a product portfolio with minimal guidance. Makes strategic product decisions, develops the product roadmap, and determines product feature priorities. The main focus of our Account Executive - Central Team role is creating and winning sales opportunities for your products/solutions/services in an assigned territory (Healthcare SaaS Sales, Central US). You are the technical and sales expert and are expected to be able to differentiate between offerings, convey compelling value propositions, lead the opportunity, build out your pipeline, and create new business development opportunities in your territory. The Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor with customers in order to successfully close increasingly complex sales.
